Launching during the 2026 - 2027 school year, “Inspiring Readers” is a unified literacy experience across all nine Wayzata Elementary Schools, transforming how students encounter books and authors. Students in every building will engage with the same authors, share in the same inspiring visit experiences. By replacing the current independent approach, this initiative ensures every child benefits from an equitable, joyful, and cohesive reading culture.
